The Raymond Mill series of 3R1410, 2115, 2615, 4R2714, high-rate 2714, 3016 and 3216 are high efficiency recycling powder making equipments of closed circuit used in the field of middle and small scale mine, chemical industry, building materials, metallurgy, refractory materials, pharmacy, cement, etc. It is a new type of flour mills replacing ball mills in powder processing. The output and energy consumption of the products have met the national standards and ranked advanced level in the country. And it has received good reputation from all trades and professions.

Adopting advanced structure of the similar products in foreign countries, the High-rate Raymond mill is designated on the basis of modification and renovation of large scale Raymond mills. Compared with ball mills, the High-rate Raymond mill has higher efficiency, lower power consumption, and smaller area occupying and smaller lump-sum investment. Due to the centrifugal force, the roller mills grind tightly on the rings. Thus it will not influence the output and granularity of the finished products even when the roller and the ring have wear-out in some degree.

Since the use cycle for the roller and ring is very long, the High-rate Raymond mill overcomes the shortcoming of centrifugal machine whose easy-wear parts have to be replaced frequently. The winnowing flow circulates in fan, mill shell, cyclone separator, and blower. So compared with high speed centrifugal mill, it has little dust and no environmental pollution.

It is designated for processing superfine powder of over 300 noninflammable and nonexplosive materials with Moh� hardness below Grade 8 and water content below 6% in the field of mine ,chemical industry, building materials, such as barite, calcite, potash feldspar, steatite, marble, limestone, dolomite, fluorite, lime, active carclazyte, active carbon, bentonite, kaolin, cement, phosphorus ore, gypsum, glass, manganese ore, titanium ore, copper mine, chrome ore, refractory materials, heat preservation materials, coal coke, coal fines, black, argil, bone meal, titanium white powder, ferric oxide,quartz, and so on. The finished products can be adjusted freely from 80 to 325 meshes with max meshes of 600 for some materials.
